Natura Living, a trading name of ALYASSA GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, is registered in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, under the company number 681839.
When you place an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below, which apply to both online and social media purchases.
It’s vital that you familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before placing your order; if you don’t agree with our Ts and Cs, we encourage you not to use this website or make a purchase via our site or over the phone.

Throughout our terms and conditions, you will see several words and phrases, all of which are clarified below:
The seller – ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to ALYASSA GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. The buyer – ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to anyone accessing our website and viewing and/or purchasing goods.
Goods and/or product(s) – refers to any product that can be purchased on our website or via our telephone ordering system.

Order – means any order you place with us, either on our website or via our social media platforms.

Seen something you like? You can place an order with us, either on our website or via our social media platforms. In doing so, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Â
Any content, pages or articles copied from this website without permission shall be challenged to the full extent of the law.Â
The seller reserves the right to change or amend any aspect of these terms and conditions – and without prior notice. Â
- Description of Goods
Each product we sell relates to the product description seen on its individual website page, including terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, our after-sales service, and any guarantees offered.
Our goal is to ensure that any product(s) purchased from us are described, as accurately as possible, in its original product page, article or publication.
Due to the uploading process on some photos, colours may differ slightly from the product itself.Â
Product measurements are approximate and should therefore be used as a guide only. Product descriptions are subject to change at any time and the seller reserves the right to alter any details, measurements, specifications and any other description in the listing – and without prior notice.Â
- Placing an Order
We accept the following payments:
- Debit card
- Credit card
- Installment Plans. Â
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the seller requires payment in advance before the goods can be dispatched. The goods shall remain the seller’s sole property until they have been paid for.
At Checkout
Please review your order details, making sure everything is correct. Once we have received your order and it has been accepted, we will dispatch your goods to the address you have provided.
Should any payment come with any form of discrepancy, including suspicion of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We can also cancel your order if the seller cannot supply your goods.Â
If the seller cannot fulfil your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your order or offer an alternative. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a dispatch email after the goods have left our premises.
Orders are accepted only once the dispatch email has been received. An order may be cancelled prior to dispatch, due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The goods are no longer available
- There is a pricing or description error
- Payment has not been authorized
- Proof of address or identity has not been provided, where requested.Â
When placing an order with us, your details and credit application will be forwarded to one of our finance companies for approval, with this credit application being subject to the individual finance company’s terms and conditions. Â
The finance company will let us know the result of your application.Â
Once your credit application has been approved, you will usually be contacted within 48 hours. We will you know when your application has been accepted and you will receive your finance documents by email or post.Â
Take your time to read the finance documents carefully, checking the details are correct, including the delivery address you have provided.Â
If you wish to proceed, take note of the relevant instructions, signing and returning the finance agreement as soon as possible; we cannot process your order until your credit agreement has been finalised.
In the event it is rejected, you have the option to seek the approval of other finance companies on our panel; we will work with you to talk through other ways to pay for your order.

Natura Dubai: Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
When you opt for our standard delivery service, your furniture will reach you in up to 10 working days from the date of you order – unless any of the items you’ve added to your basket state ‘pre-order’ in their individual product description.
Please be aware that for items available for ‘pre-order’, the dates given are estimates only and they can be subject to change in line with our supplier’s shipping schedule.Â
Most of our furniture sets are delivered via partner courier firms.Â
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, you must be available to accept your order – and a signature is required upon delivery. You must also provide a telephone number for delivery (a mobile phone number is preferred), in case we need to contact you. If a number isn’t provided, delivery of your goods may be delayed; we are unable to dispatch your items without your contact details.
Once your delivery date has been arranged, please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional charges incurred, should you later wish to change the delivery date.Â
Please note, delivery is dependent on driver performance, which can be affected by adverse weather, traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.Â
When do Natura Dubai deliveries take place?
Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm, throughout week days. Sometimes, items will be delivered outside of these hours, particularly during busy periods.Â
Express or Saturday delivery is usually available at an additional charge. If you would like to enquire about these delivery options, please email our friendly team at info@naturadubai.com  and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.Â
If I order something smaller than a furniture set, when will delivery take place?
If you’ve ordered a smaller item from us – an accessory as opposed to a large, furniture set, perhaps – delivery usually takes between one and three working days.Â
Items ordered before 11am will usually be dispatched the same working day. Items ordered after 11am, meanwhile, will usually be dispatched the next working day.Â
